This package includes the following services below:

Business Plan:  This business plan has been used to obtain a loan from the SBA. Full business plan with budget, cash flow and profit and loss. Illustrates the month-to-month variances in the retail industry. 

Important Note: The plan should be edited to add your boutique's name, company information, etc. You should anticipate on spending about 1-2 hours customizing this business plan to make it your own. It will be supplied to you in Microsoft Word.

Consulting: 3 hours included. One on one consulting with Elly. 

Designer List:  You will be provided a list of designer that you can work with that provide handmade good’s, consignment vendor’s, monogram designer’s and drop-ship vendors. Based upon your target demographic we can provide you designers that fit your needs.

Markets:  We will show you how to get into the markets, which ones are best for your target audience. On a case-by-case basis, we can go to market with you. (Contact us for pricing)

Buying: We can show you the tricks of the trade and what markup is appropriate for particular products. Including the products that can be marked up 4-to-5 times.

eCommerce: We will offer you the most important details before you jump into eCommerce. What questions you should be asking. What shopping cart/software you should use. How to integrate with your Point-of-Sale.

Social Media: What works and what doesn’t? How often should I post? Should I use Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest or Twitter?
